  What a disappointment. Coffee was weak and watery. I complained and but no effort to rectify, instead the owner got very defensive. I was in group of 5 and everybody was equally disappointed with their orders.

  Staff chat while you wait at the register. Are rude when they serve you and the quality of coffee is sub par for the price. There's many more cafe's around the area which are worth walking for.

  The coffee is OK but not fantastic (someone needs to tell the barista not to overheat the milk). The food is more "miss" than "hit", especially the pastries. Service is what really lets this place down as the staff can be quite rude/abrupt.

  bad place and bad service！waiting for 20min for coffee and the cashier forgot. i complain the time then the cashier just returned the money coldly. but i didn't say i didn't want the coffee！

  Non existing customer service and poor quality. Pulse Express is clearly placing it's business model on convenient location and non-returning trough traffic. It's a mistake you only make once.

  Excellent food, Excellent coffee and we were given very quick and friendly service. Good little place here at Darling Harbor. We will be back for our breakfast next time we stay at The Star.
