  Hands down the best dentist in Sydney. So nice to be in the care of someone who truly takes pride in their work. Dr Richard will take the time to explain exactly what you need without pushing any particular service. Have been a patient for six months and will continue to be for many many more.

  I have been a patient of Dr Sunkersett for a number of years, most recently at STAR dentistry. Dr Sunkersett is an amazing dentist. Technically brilliant but also caring and has this innate ability to make you feel incredibly comfortable even when you are sitting in that dentist chair! I can't recommend Dr Sunkersett highly enough!

  I looked at the reply from the business but the problem is I booked for teeth cleaning, not a comprehensive dental examination. I don't see why the flexibility of having x ray done at next cleaning visit is not acceptable. Also I do not feel a practice can be trusted until a basic cleaning work is carried out, and if I feel the job was not done well, why should I leave my x ray dental record behind? Also not all health funds are equal, I am not really prepared to pay for any x ray that would not be necessary. I suggest you put that in as your policy for future patients, had I known this I wouldn't have wasted a trip to the city. And if you are so inflexible on such a minor matter, I really do not want to consider using you at all.

  He and his staff are all very professional and very friendly. Definitely a dental experience to rave about. I have recommended Dr Tippett to all of my family and friends.

  Arrived early for 10:45 am appointment, still no one available to see me at 11:00 am. While I can understand they are looking after a patient it is important that scheduling be done properly so patient is not left waiting. Also they insisted on doing x ray, which I do not see the need as I just want a clean only and had one done at another clinic six months ago. As I made a special trip based on the positive reviews here I do not find the experience at all satisfactory and basically left this clinic without any dental service from them. I would expect service to be flexible and punctual and it seems this clinic can deliver neither on this occasion.
