We celebrated my husband's 30th birthday here and the staff went out of their way to make it a really special evening. The entire experience was unforgettable. It is now almost 2 years later and we still often talk about how wonderful our meal was. The drinks waiter was especially amazing helping my husband select some delicious sakes from the impressive list.

Had a tasting menu here. I remembered having a sweet potato-sausage here with cucumber dressings. Tasted really unique and fresh. The best was the dish with the crispy chicken skin. Also had the crayfish with koji butter. The dessert was creatively unique and not too sweet. Had the grilled pumpkin with some crumbs. Overall, the flavor combination I had here was mostly new and I had never had anything like it before.

As I am a big fan of David Chang, it was very exciting dinner in Sydney.

Really good food. 11 courses of interesting food adventure. Worth it - really enjoyed it as a couple. Great presentation and very genuinely passionate staff. The reviews are hard to understand - how can you not be impressed with the total package. Best date night ever.
