  great service excellent complex of shops, a pool and shops and beautiful rooms. And because the hotel was full they upgraded us for free. The location is also great; near shops, the harbour.

  Beautiful hotel. Fitout is immaculate with a dark moody feel to the check in counters and hallways. The rooms are ultra modern and in excellent condition. Mostly filled with casino high rollers you'll feel like you have most of the hotel to yourself. Being part of Star you've got all the other food and entertainment conveniences right at your doorstep.

  Amazing service. The best of any hotel I have stayed at. The room was great with excellent views. And the room service food was restaurant quality. Will definitely stay again

  Incredible experience at The Darling! First class treatment at the front desk. We arrived hours early from our long flight. Our room was not ready but we were offered cold water and a key to the pool while we waited. Very helpful staff. Room was beautiful with smart blinds and lights. Plugs so we could use our North American electronics. Pool was clean and staff offered towels, cold water, and sunscreen. 5 star experience all the way! Hint for taxi/uber users, our taxi dropped us at the Star hotel/ casino 1 block away from the Darling because the addresses of the 2 hotels are the same (80 Pyrmont?). Tell your driver to stop at Pyrmont and Union and you'll be at the right place.
